We are seeking a motivated individual with a passion for excellent customer service to join our team as a Pharmacy Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, proficiency with Kroll software, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Providing exceptional customer service to all patients Receiving prescription orders Entering prescriptions into Kroll Managing insurance claims Packaging prescriptions Managing inventory Cashing out customers Answering phone calls Booking appointments Supporting pharmacists with clinical activities Implementing policies to improve practice

Requirements:

Two years or more experience as a pharmacy assistant in Alberta Two years of experience working with Kroll software Ability to connect with patients and foster strong relationships Team player with a focus on achieving goals and objectives Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
