About the Role: Pharmacy Assistant

We're looking for a

dedicated, personable, and adaptable Pharmacy Assistant

to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic and patient-centered environment--and who's excited to be part of something different from the usual retail pharmacy experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist patients in person and over the phone Manage scheduling and patient flow using

Ava EMR

Handle faxes, messages, payments, and general inquiries Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy space Update patient demographics and insurance information Assist with rooming patients and supporting clinical tasks Collaborate with pharmacists and technicians to support workflow Participate in ongoing training and contribute to process improvements

Your Profile:

Pharmacy Assistant Certificate

(asset, but not required)

Experience with EMRs and pharmacy software (Kroll) preferred Comfortable using Microsoft Office and standard office equipment Excellent communication skills--written, verbal, and interpersonal Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work both independently and as part of a team Enthusiastic about innovation and non-traditional pharmacy practice Open to new challenges and continuous learning

Hours:

Weekdays (Mon-Fri 9:00 am-5:00 pm) with some Saturdays (10:00 am-2:00 pm) as needed

Expected Hours:

16-40 per week

Location:

On-site - Calgary, AB T2H 0P1
Relocation to Calgary is required before starting.
