Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Assistant to join our team starting in August. In this role, you will support pharmacists in delivering high-quality patient care by assisting with medication preparation, inventory management, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical terminology and experience in a community pharmacy. Having a Driver's License is a must.

We are looking for a

Pharmacy Assistant

to join our team full-time. In this role, you'll support the pharmacist, help customers, and keep things running smoothly behind the counter. If you're reliable, organized, and enjoy helping others, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Assist pharmacists in data entry and preparing medications accurately. Maintain proper inventory levels by monitoring stock. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing patient concerns within the scope of your practice. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the pharmacy workspace. Follow all safety and privacy rules

What We're Looking For

Familiarity with medical terminology is essential.

Must have at minimum 1 year experience in a similar role and have some experience with kroll software.*
Must have a Driver's License Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals. Fluency in both English and Punjabi is an asset (but not required).
