Overview

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager, Panacea Pharmacy. It is a small independent pharmacy, less workload, no staff to supervise. Your leadership will be fostering a patient-centered environment that prioritizes quality care. Our Pharmacy Hours Follow Clinic Hours (M to F :: 9:30 to 4:30)

Responsibilities

Manage daily pharmacy operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols. Providing guidance on best practices in medication management and patient care. Oversee medication administration processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with medical terminology and hospital standards. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans that meet the needs of patients. Conduct regular audits of pharmacy practices to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and improve service delivery. Maintain inventory management systems to ensure adequate stock levels of medications and supplies. Provide education to patients and healthcare staff regarding medication therapies, potential side effects, and proper administration techniques.

Requirements

Valid pharmacist license in Manitoba. Previous experience in a pharmacy management role is preferred. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration protocols, and hospital pharmacy operations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Commitment to providing exceptional patient care with a focus. Ability to pass any required background checks or screenings as mandated by healthcare regulations.
