Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable

Pharmacy Manager/ Partner

to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in dispensing medications, counseling patients, and ensuring the safe and effective use of prescriptions.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently Provide patient counseling and education on medications, health conditions, and over-the-counter products Maintain compliance with provincial/federal pharmacy regulations and guidelines Oversee inventory management and ensure appropriate stock levels Collaborate with other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes Provide guidance and support to pharmacy assistants and technicians Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications:

Licensed and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BScPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Previous experience in a community pharmacy is an asset Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Proficient in pharmacy management systems and basic computer applications
