We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Pharmacist with minimum of 1 year of experience to join our team.

As a Staff Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional pharmaceutical care to our patients. Your expertise in medication administration and acute care will be crucial in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. Duties:
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
- Review prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness
- Provide medication counseling to patients
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans
- Monitor patient medication therapy for effectiveness and safety
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist
- Experience in a hospital or acute care setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and pharmaceutical calculations
- Familiarity with pediatric medication dosing and safety considerations is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
