Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily pharmacy operations and workflow
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
Lead, mentor, and support pharmacy staff
Drive business growth, patient retention, and service expansion
Ensure compliance with provincial pharmacy regulations
Collaborate with healthcare providers within the clinic
Qualifications
Licensed Pharmacist in Canada (eligible to practice in Manitoba)
Previous Pharmacist Manager or leadership experience preferred
Strong business acumen and operational mindset
Excellent communication and patient counseling skills
Commitment to patient retention and service excellence
