We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist Manger to join our healthcare team. Duties

Review and interpret prescription orders to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of medications. Provide medication counseling to patients, addressing any questions or concerns regarding their prescriptions. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care, particularly in acute care settings. Monitor patient medication therapy for effectiveness, safety, and adherence. Administer medications as required, ensuring compliance with medical protocols and standards. Maintain accurate records of medication administration and patient interactions. Stay updated on medical terminology and advancements in pharmacotherapy to provide informed recommendations. Participate in pediatric patient care initiatives, tailoring medication plans to meet the unique needs of younger patients.

Experience

Previous hospital experience is preferred, particularly in acute care environments. Familiarity with pediatrics is highly desirable. Strong background in patient care practices and medication administration is essential. Proficiency in medical terminology is necessary for effective communication within the healthcare team.
