, you will be responsible for overseeing daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) standards, and leading a strong patient-focused team. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding clinical services, supporting addiction treatment programs, and driving excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations in accordance with OCP and regulatory standards.
Lead and mentor the pharmacy team to deliver exceptional patient care.
Ensure compliance with all professional, legal, and ethical obligations.
Oversee inventory management, narcotics control, and workflow efficiency.
Deliver and expand clinical services including MedsChecks, vaccinations, compliance packaging, and addiction treatment services.
Collaborate with healthcare providers and community partners to enhance patient care.
Maintain accurate and complete documentation as per OCP and company policies.
Qualifications
Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience; previous management or leadership experience is an asset.
Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, workflow, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Experience with
Kroll pharmacy software
