We are looking for a self-motivated, customer-centric, technology lover Pharmacist committed to getting the job done on time. We are revolutionizing the $30B pharmacy industry in Canada, and we would like you to be part of our amazing team.
You will be responsible for:
  • Provide consultation and answer medication-related questions over the phone efficiently and courteously.
  • Talk to patients to complete their profile, medication history and set up preferences of shipping and delivery.
  • Verify logged prescriptions on time to ensure efficient operations.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to pharmacy team members to improve the pharmacy processes.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable Federal and Provincial laws, rules and regulations.
  • Partner with pharmacy manager and Operations management to review processes regularly to ensure optimal efficiency, effectiveness and embrace continuous improvement.
  • Review escalated issues for resolution. Interface with patients and team members as needed to resolve.
  • Do anything in your capacity to make sure that the patient is never out of medications.

You have:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Pharmaceutical Science or Pharm-D.
  • 2+ years of experience as a staff pharmacist.
  • Ability to achieve results with a strong sense of urgency and a "can-do" attitude.
  • Ability to learn and handle new software platforms.
  • Detailed oriented, team player and positive attitude.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines.

Status
: Casual (10 hours a week) Office hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm CST
