We are revolutionizing the $30B pharmacy industry in Canada, and we would like you to be part of our amazing team. You will be responsible for:
Provide consultation and answer medication-related questions over the phone efficiently and courteously.
Talk to patients to complete their profile, medication history and set up preferences of shipping and delivery.
Verify logged prescriptions on time to ensure efficient operations.
Provide coaching and guidance to pharmacy team members to improve the pharmacy processes.
Ensure compliance with applicable Federal and Provincial laws, rules and regulations.
Partner with pharmacy manager and Operations management to review processes regularly to ensure optimal efficiency, effectiveness and embrace continuous improvement.
Review escalated issues for resolution. Interface with patients and team members as needed to resolve.
Do anything in your capacity to make sure that the patient is never out of medications.
You have:
Bachelor\'s degree in Pharmaceutical Science or Pharm-D.
2+ years of experience as a staff pharmacist.
Ability to achieve results with a strong sense of urgency and a "can-do" attitude.
Ability to learn and handle new software platforms.
Detailed oriented, team player and positive attitude.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
Strong time management and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines.
