We are looking for a self-motivated, customer-centric, technology lover Pharmacist committed to getting the job done on time. We are revolutionizing the $30B pharmacy industry in Canada, and we would like you to be part of our amazing team.
You will be responsible for:
- Provide consultation and answer medication-related questions over the phone efficiently and courteously.
- Talk to patients to complete their profile, medication history and set up preferences of shipping and delivery.
- Verify logged prescriptions on time to ensure efficient operations.
- Provide coaching and guidance to pharmacy team members to improve the pharmacy processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Federal and Provincial laws, rules and regulations.
- Partner with pharmacy manager and Operations management to review processes regularly to ensure optimal efficiency, effectiveness and embrace continuous improvement.
- Review escalated issues for resolution. Interface with patients and team members as needed to resolve.
- Do anything in your capacity to make sure that the patient is never out of medications.
You have:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Pharmaceutical Science or Pharm-D.
- 2+ years of experience as a staff pharmacist.
- Ability to achieve results with a strong sense of urgency and a "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to learn and handle new software platforms.
- Detailed oriented, team player and positive attitude.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines.
Status: Casual (10 hours a week) Office hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm CST
