Pet Concierge

Be the Reason Pets Love Staying with Us!

Petfinity is expanding our team and we're looking for caring, attentive and enthusiastic Pet Concierge Members to join our team. If you're passionate about providing pets with a home away from home and can turn a kennel into a cozy retreat, you're the one we're looking for!

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to pet owners and ensure their needs are met. Monitoring dog play groups Perform heavy lifting tasks, including moving pet supplies and equipment. Monitor the health and behavior of pets, reporting any concerns to management. Maintain cleanliness in all areas, including pet play areas and kennels. Assist with feeding, medication, and basic grooming tasks Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

A minimum of 1 year of professional pet care experience.

Physical ability to handle pets of all sizes and keep up with the demands of a busy boarding facility.

Availability for shifts during weekends, holidays, and peak times is required.
