We're currently hiring

seasonal Pet Concierge team members

to support our boarding and daycare guests over the busy summer months. If you're compassionate, detail-oriented, and love making tails wag, we'd love to meet you!

Your Role

As a Pet Concierge, you'll help ensure a safe, clean, and loving environment for every pet in our care. From feeding and exercise to play and rest, you'll treat each guest like your own--providing personalized attention and daily enrichment.

You Are:

A Pet Care Pro

- Confident in handling animals of all sizes with patience, care, and empathy

Detail-Oriented

- Quick to notice changes in behaviour, appetite, or energy

Team-Focused

- Collaborative, communicative, and reliable within a fast-paced environment

Hands-On & Active

- Ready to be on your feet, working directly with pets throughout your shift

What You'll Do:

Provide daily care, feeding, cleaning, and enrichment to pets in boarding and daycare Monitor pet health and wellbeing, documenting observations and reporting concerns Maintain clean, sanitized, and organized workspaces Support daily operations including laundry, dishes, and supply restocking Engage pets in play and positive social experiences, tailored to their needs

Requirements:

Prior experience in pet care (professional or personal) preferred Comfortable handling dogs of various sizes and temperaments Able to perform physically demanding tasks and stay active during shifts Available for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays
