Protec Pest Control Ltd. has been providing high quality service to residential and commercial customers throughout the Annapolis Valley since 1994. Duties:

Inspecting the periphery and the inside of properties on a regular schedule for the purpose of identifying infestation source(s). Applying product to infested area(s) using a variety of modalities: Mechanical sprayer, traps/bait stations, pesticide, or other pest control methods as per regulation guidelines. Follow product guidelines and safety procedures at all times. Communicating with customers to ensure a thorough understanding of the issue(s), as well as offering recommendations to prevent pest infestation(s). Establish new business opportunities by communicating with potential customers to highlight the benefits of having a regular pest control program in place. Ensuring adequate inventory and equipment is maintained in vehicle at all times. Manage schedule to ensure all customers on the route receive services in a timely manner. Document all work and submit electronically after each visit.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work within a team. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently. Preference will be given to those with a current Applicator's license, but we will consider highly motivated individuals who are eager to learn and willing to obtain their license as soon as possible. Sales experience is an asset. A recent clear criminal records check.
