Personal Trainer Minimum 2 Years Training Experience
Job Description
Heavens elevated fitness is looking for a contract Personal Trainer for our downtown ACADEMY location as well as at some of our downtown off-site locations.
If you are energetic and passionate about growing your personal fitness business within our company, this is the place for you. Availability will be based on client and facility needs.
Candidates will be encouraged to become a part of our fitness community, working out, taking classes and interacting with members as potential clients. Our brand expects elevate fitness experiences, walking the walk and being in the trenches will be a part of your role as a fitness expert in our facilities. We expect an educated approach to coaching, standing above the rest when it comes to client experiences.
Education and Certification Required: (Basic requirements)
University degree in Physical Education/Kinesiology or related field or*
College level diploma in fitness related field or*
Mount Royal College Personal Fitness Trainers Degree
One of the above and
AFLCA Basic Theory and Resistance Training Specialty or related certification 5 years training experience 2 years Coaching experience (various group fitness formats)
Preference will be given to those that have group fitness experience and Rehabilitation and recovery.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: This is a contract position, meaning that the trainer is paid on the sessions they provide. Training packages vary in payouts based on quantity and size.

Pay: $30.00-$52.00 per hour
