About the Role
As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you'll manage an existing book of business, providing expert guidance and support to our customers. You'll communicate via phone, email, online chat, and in person--helping with policy changes, renewals, cross-selling, new business, billing inquiries, and more. Additionally, you'll contribute to special projects as needed.
