Job Summary

As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, delivering exceptional customer service across multiple channels--including in person, by phone, and via email. You will support clients with a wide range of insurance-related needs, such as making policy changes ,answering coverage questions, comparing and shopping policies, guiding clients through the claims process, advocating on behalf of clients when needed. You will be expected to uphold our Commitment to Excellence and adhere to Bauld's Service Standards, ensuring that the highest level of service is consistently delivered to our clients, colleagues, and management team.

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities Answering General Inquires Explaining Coverages Customer Payment Reminders & Registered Letters Claims Inquires and Advocacy Policy Changes Remarkets Cancellations Obtaining Underwriting Information Assisting with Special Projects Billing Inquires and payment changes.

Qualifications

License

Hold a level 1 General Insurance License in Nova Scotia
Knowledge, Skills and abilities:

Experience in assisting Clients & develop professional relationships. Solid understanding of Insurance coverage Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail Oriented Maintaining a Polite & Courteous demeanor at all times

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
