Job Summary
We are seeking to hire a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Lawyer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate must have the following:
Be a member in good standing with the LSO; Have at least one (1) year of post call personal injury experience; Be able to prosecute both Tort and Accident Benefit matters at any stage; Be familiar with the Rules of Civil Procedure, Insurance Act, SABSand LAT Rules of Practice and Procedure; Be able to draft a variety of documents, including settlement proposals, mediation memoranda, pre trial conference memoranda, LAT applications, and pleadings; Be able to attend examinations for discovery, mediations, case conferences, pre-trial conferences and other hearings as they arise; Be able to conduct legal research to support case strategies; and Be able to negotiate settlements with insurance companies and other parties to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
