Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Lawyer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and a passion for advocating on behalf of clients who have suffered injuries due to the negligence of others. This role requires excellent legal drafting skills, negotiation abilities, and a commitment to achieving favorable outcomes for clients.

Duties

Represent clients in personal injury cases, providing legal advice and guidance throughout the process. Conduct thorough research on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents to support client cases. Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements with precision and clarity. Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel to secure the best possible outcomes for clients. Prepare for trial by gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and developing case strategies. Maintain accurate records of case progress and communicate regularly with clients regarding updates and developments. Utilize legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis to support case preparation and strategy.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. Proven experience in personal injury law or related fields is preferred. Strong skills in legal drafting, negotiation, writing, and research. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
