Personal Injury Lawyer
Job Description
HSK Law Professional Corporation is a boutique personal injury firm located in North York. We are currently seeking a lawyer to join our busy practice with a minimum of 2 years of personal injury experience. The lawyer will primarily be working within the firm's accident benefits group.
Candidates must have experience in the following:
preparing for and attending LAT case-conferences and hearings
drafting motion materials including motions for settlement approval for parties under disability and minors
negotiating and settling files
conducting legal and medical research
Salary commensurate with experience. Commission structure offered in addition to salary.
