We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support daily business operations. This role will involve managing emails, handling social media accounts, assisting with marketing initiatives, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
Responsibilities
Manage and organize emails; respond on behalf of the business when required
Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling social media content
Support marketing campaigns and promotions
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks (documents, scheduling, reminders, etc.)
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks
Provide additional support in business projects as needed
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with email platforms, social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), and Microsoft/Google Suite
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Previous experience in administrative support, social media, or marketing is an asset
Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working remotely
