Wilderness Stays Limited is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Personal Assistant & Administrative Coordinator to support the owner with daily administrative tasks and oversee key operational functions for our campground and construction company. In this role, you will manage bookings, cleaning schedules, bookkeeping, payroll, logistics, and ordering--supporting both Wilderness Stays Limited and our partner company. Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage the owner's schedule, appointments, and communications
Organize emails, meetings, and travel arrangements
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Campground Operations:
Oversee campground bookings and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process
Coordinate cleaning and maintenance to uphold high standards of facility upkeep
To assist owner in cleaning and campground duties
Financial & Logistical Management:
Handle bookkeeping and payroll tasks using relevant software
Organize logistics and manage ordering processes for supplies and equipment
Liaise with vendors and service providers to support operations for both companies
Qualifications:
Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills
Experience with bookkeeping, payroll, or basic financial management is preferred
Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
Proficiency with MS Office or similar software
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
Previous experience as a personal assistant or in office management is a plus
