Supporting the team in the design and execution of world-class

paid social

Working closely with planning team, ad operations, A&I, and clients to ensure objectives are reached Manages end to end campaign setup, trafficking, optimizations, QA campaigns and reporting Reporting including succinct and accurate results analysis, develop strategic insights, and package effectively Provides input into relevant POVs and recommendations Managing against set testing calendars effectively Communicates and adheres to platform best practices Manages partner and vendor relationships ensuring alignment on client objectives Mentoring junior team members and ensure quality control in trafficking, maintenance, pacing
Monitoring budgets and financial accuracy for campaigns

what you bring to the table.

2+ years of paid social (search and/or programmatic experience is an asset but not required) Advanced understanding of Google Drive products and/or Microsoft Office Suite (Google Sheets/Excel, Google Slides/PowerPoint, Google Docs/Word) Exceptional analytical skills and strong attention to detail Team player with a proactive attitude and burning desire to succeed- curiosity and collaboration are key Previous experience managing social campaigns Ability to activate campaigns and make optimisations that result in positive returns autonomously Previous experience producing cross-channel reports and insights on a regular basis and working on larger, collaborative reports like quarterly business reviews. Advanced understanding of digital advertising and media planning Experience with

Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads and other social platforms is required (i. E reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Pinterest)

Experience in reporting platforms including Google Analytics, Google Campaign Manager 360 Programmatic experience with DV 360 and Trade Desk and search experience: Microsoft Ads, Search Ads 360 is an asset but not required Accreditations: Google Ads Search, Google Shopping, Google Performance Ads, Meta Blueprint, Microsoft Certified is an asset but not required
