Pupose of the Role As LifeLabs' Performance Marketing Specialist, you will support our service delivery and corporate marketing efforts in terms of campaign execution, coordinating, development, execution and reporting. As part of the digital and product marketing teams your role will be to source and build campaigns across our awareness channels. As a performance marketer, you will track and optimize the funnel as we drive traffic on-site into our conversion portals. You are also accountable to analyze the competitive market and assist in developing content to optimize the effectiveness of campaigns.

You have the ability to form strong working relationships and thrive in an agile working environment. You are results-obsessed and comfortable working with all levels of the organization. You are experienced with challenging the status quo, engaging in constructive debate and dealing with complex issues.

Core Accountabilities

  • Lead campaign development and execution, considering and evaluating all digital channels including search, display, social, and video to determine a media mix that best meets campaign objectives
  • Execute marketing campaigns, providing oversight and optimization to drive performance for LifeLabs service delivery portfolio. Test and iterate to identify optimization tactics across multiple campaign types, including bidding, targeting, creative, settings, account structure, A/B testing and more
  • Support business-level strategic planning and execution and provide digital expertise to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Provide campaign reporting and analysis, highlighting successes and recommendations for future considerations. Drive continuous improvement in digital marketing effectiveness, including CPM, CPC, ROAS, and conversion metrics through data-driven analysis. Monitor digital performance and KPI's on a regular cadence to ensure we continually achieve and exceed targets while maintaining a positive return on our investment
Minimum Qualification and Skills
  • Post-graduate diploma in Marketing or in a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in a marketing role
  • 2 years experience in a Digital marketing role managing both search and social
  • Certification in Google Advertising Suite programs (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google DataStudio, Google Tag Manager)
  • Any paid media/Social Media Management Certification is a plus (Facebook BluePrint, Twitter, TikTok etc.)
