Sproutbox is on a mission to make gardening easier, more sustainable, and more rewarding for everyone. We design and build metal raised garden beds and gardening tools that help people grow their own food -- no matter their space or experience level.

The Role



We're looking for a

Performance Marketing & Growth Manager

to take our paid media, analytics, and retention efforts to the next level.

You'll work closely with our CMO to run, optimize, and scale campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other channels -- while helping us connect the dots between ads, website experience, customer data, and lifetime value.

This is both a strategic and hands-on role. You'll have the autonomy to test ideas, analyze what's working, and turn insights into growth -- with the creative and operational support to make things happen.

What You'll Do



Paid Media & Growth



Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube. Identify opportunities to scale spend efficiently and improve ROAS. Build and maintain structured creative and audience testing. Translate performance data into actionable creative insights.

Website & Conversion Optimization



Improve site conversion rates through A/B testing and UX recommendations. Collaborate with designers and developers to execute on improvements. Measure and report on conversion trends by channel and campaign type.

Analytics & Reporting



Maintain accurate tracking across GA4, GTM, and ad platforms. Build and automate performance reports that clearly show what's working. Develop frameworks for smarter testing, measurement, and decision-making.

Lifecycle & Retention



Work within Klaviyo to refine segmentation and flow performance. Support email and SMS campaigns with data-backed insights. Identify opportunities to improve repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value.

Campaign Operations



Support seasonal campaigns like Sproutbox Days and Black Friday-- planning, tracking, and post-mortems. Help manage timelines, assets, and reporting across the marketing team.

What We're Looking For



You'll thrive in this role if you:

Have experience

managing Meta and/or Google Ads

(ideally for an eCommerce brand). Understand

data and attribution

-- GA4, UTMs, pixels, conversion APIs, etc. Know how to

structure and scale campaigns

, not just set them up. Have a working knowledge of

Shopify

and

Klaviyo

(or similar CRM/email tools). Have a deep understanding of funnel marketing and the Customer Value Journey. Can communicate clearly, collaborate cross-functionally, and present insights confidently. Love learning, testing, and improving -- not just repeating the same playbook.
