Feisty Media is a women-led sports and health media company on a mission to build an empowering culture for active women. We tell stories, share science-backed knowledge, and connect women through podcasts, newsletters, articles, and online communities. We also offer digital courses, community coaching, live events, and merch designed to help women live their strongest, healthiest lives.
We're looking for a smart, ambitious performance marketer who's excited about the growth of women's sports and passionate about advancing women's health and education. You'll lead strategies that attract, convert, and retain our audience- optimizing funnels, building campaigns that resonate, and turning visitors into fans.
Our successful candidate will thrive in our startup environment, collaborate with our small and savvy team, and play a key role in scaling Feisty's impact and reach.
We're a hard-working group of eight full-time and six part-time team members and contractors. Everyone pitches in, learns fast, and brings fresh ideas to the table.
This position can be part-time or full-time, depending on the candidate.We're proudly Canadian (and would love to hire a Canadian!) -- but we welcome applicants from anywhere who share our mission and values.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
Digital Marketing Execution
Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across paid, search, social media, email, and content marketing
Build, manage and optimize conversion funnels and improve customer acquisition metrics throughout the digital customer journey
Manage lead nurturing campaigns
Develop and maintain product-specific landing pages and marketing assets
Performance Analysis & Optimization
Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and ROI
Use data analytics tools to identify optimization opportunities
Conduct A/B tests on campaigns, messaging, and creative assets
Create regular performance reports and present insights
Craft and Optimize the Customer Journey
Map and optimize the customer journey from first touch to repeat purchase
Test, tweak, and elevate campaigns to turn curiosity into conversion
Create customer experiences that keep our community coming back for more
The successful candidate will collaborate with the team in the follow ways:
Product Positioning & Go-to-Market Strategy
Develop compelling product positioning and Feisty messaging
Create and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for digital products and merchandise launches
Build go-to-market strategies for events and other products
Collaborate with product developers to translate features into customer benefits
Work collaboratively with product development team and customer success manager to ensure alignment on messaging and positioning
Work closely with media team to develop marketing materials
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing, or growth marketing
Proven track record of driving measurable results in digital product marketing
Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics platforms
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools
Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or advanced degree in marketing or business
Background in startup or high-growth technology environments
*Note that occasional weekend work for events (up to 5 weekends per year) may be required.
