Your Role in the System

As a Molliteum Coach, you are part of a

high-performance coaching team

. Your responsibility is clear:

deliver measurable improvement in athlete resilience

You will:

Execute 1-on-1 sessions using our structured framework Train athletes to maintain focus, confidence, and composure under pressure Reinforce standards, habits, and accountability across a 12-week system Track measurable improvements and report progress Represent the brand athletes trust when stakes are highest
