to join our integrated wellness team. This role focuses on empowering individuals to strengthen the
Mind
component of the Fitfive approach, balancing mental, emotional, and physical well-being for optimal life and performance outcomes.
You'll work collaboratively with Fitfive's trainers, nutritionists, recovery specialists, and lifestyle coaches to create a seamless experience that nurtures each client's total wellness. From enhancing focus and motivation to managing stress, emotional regulation, and mindset barriers, your expertise will help clients unlock their full potential both in and out of training sessions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct psychological assessments and performance evaluations to identify mental strengths, challenges, and growth areas.
Develop personalized mental coaching and therapy plans aligned with each client's physical, nutritional, and recovery goals.
Deliver one-on-one and group sessions focused on topics like motivation, resilience, stress management, goal setting, and self-confidence.
Collaborate closely with the Fitfive interdisciplinary team, fitness coaches, dieticians, and recovery specialists, to ensure a holistic and coordinated plan for each individual.
Support special populations, including youth athletes, individuals with special needs, and those navigating mental blocks or performance anxiety.
Maintain detailed records of sessions, progress, and outcomes in accordance with professional and ethical standards.
Participate in team meetings, workshops, and ongoing research to advance Fitfive's evidence-based approach to mental and physical wellness.
Stay informed about current developments in sports psychology, behavioral health, and mind-body science to continuously enhance Fitfive's methods.
Requirements
Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
Licensure or certification as a Psychologist or Mental Performance Consultant (as required by state regulations).
Proven experience in
performance psychology, behavioral coaching, or clinical practice
, ideally with clients across diverse age groups.
Background in
sports, fitness, or health psychology
strongly preferred.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, able to translate psychological insights into actionable strategies for clients and teammates.

Pay: $40,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 6 - 15 per week
