Located in NE Calgary, ORKA houses a 3,500 sq ft Performance Center and a 2,000 sq ft Rehab space dedicated to athlete development and return-to-play integration.

Work daily alongside physiotherapists, strength coaches, sports scientists, and physicians in a truly interdisciplinary setting.
Technology-Enabled Coaching
Utilize dual force plates, isometric testing, biomechanical software, and the Teambuildr OS platform to program, assess, and track athlete progress with precision.
Monthly ORKA Rounds
Join our cross-disciplinary clinical and performance team in solving complex return-to-play cases and refining long-term development strategies.
What You'll Be Doing
Coaching athletes across OPP (Small Group Training), 1-on-1 sessions, and Team Training
Delivering performance testing and programming adjustments based on objective data
Collaborating with rehab professionals to ensure aligned care and training
Building strong relationships with athletes, parents, and coaches
Participating in ongoing staff education and case reviews
Contributing to a high-performance culture grounded in intent, detail, and development
What We're Looking For
BSc in Kinesiology or related field (MSc or advanced coursework is an asset)
NSCA CSCS or equivalent certification
Experience coaching athletes in a performance or return-to-play environment
Confidence working with data and performance testing tools
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A team-first approach with a commitment to learning and growth

: Primarily afternoons & evenings (potential for weekends or mornings)

: PT or work up to FT.
