??Role and Responsibilities?

Identify current and prospective staffing requirements, prepare and post notices and advertisements, and collect and screen applications Advise job applicants on employment requirements and on terms and conditions of employment Employee Onboarding & Reviews Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures Brand Management & Messaging such as social media content, web presence, manage clothing inventory, radio ads, project signs, etc. Maintain company safety program and promote a strong safety culture Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations Organize and schedule meetings, accommodations and travel arrangements Coordinate facility maintenance and IT support needs Coordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocations, equipment, supplies, forms, maintenance and general office care Supervise Administrative Officer Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures Support HR functions such as onboarding, employee relations and employee records Project & Admin support
??Qualifications and Education Requirements?

Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively High attention to detail and problem-solving skills Diploma or related field experience preferred
This is covering a maternity leave

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
