What You'll Be Doing




As a Talent Acquisition and People Operations Coordinator, you'll support Fresh Prep's People & Culture team by ensuring seamless recruitment and people operations processes. Reporting to the People & Culture Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting both our Talent Acquisition initiatives and broader People & Culture projects. This will be a full-time, six month contract position.


Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process for both hourly production and salaried roles, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, reference checks, and offers. Partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver an outstanding candidate experience. Supporting onboarding and offboarding administration, ensuring smooth transitions for all employees. Maintaining accurate and confidential employee data within our HRIS systems. Assisting with People & Culture projects, such as data integrity reviews, process improvements, and compliance initiatives. Supporting planning and execution of employee engagement events and recognition programs. Assisting in the continuous refinement of workflows and documentation to enhance team efficiency and employee experience. Providing general administrative support across the People & Culture function as needed.

What We Are Looking For




You are an emerging HR professional who's passionate about people, process, and creating a positive workplace culture. You enjoy juggling multiple priorities, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and bring a people-first mindset to everything you do.

Qualifications:



Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in HR administration, recruitment, or people operations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Experience with HRIS, ATS, and/or Google Workspace tools is an asset. Enthusiasm for sustainability, teamwork, and continuous improvement!

What You Can Expect
