Fort St. John, BC.
You will contribute to key HR processes including recruitment, employee documentation, benefit tracking, safety program coordination, and compliance support.

What you'll do:
Key Responsibilities
Post job ads, screen applicants, coordinate interviews and onboarding
Maintain personnel files, training records, and HR metrics
Assist with benefits, pension, immigration, and payroll-related documentation
Support employee relations case documentation and act as third-party in meetings
Coordinate safety meeting schedules, Work Safe BC tracking, and incident reporting
Support engagement initiatives, process improvements, and policy updates

Who are you:
Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferably holds a valid CPHR designation, or is in the process of obtaining
2-4 years of Canadian HR experience, including in full-cycle recruitment, benefits and employee relations
Familiarity with BC Employment Standards, Work Safe BC legislation, PIPEDA and confidentiality requirements
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
