  • Operationalize business initiatives and track quarterly outcomes, and process maturity
  • Support daily operations while building a KPI-driven decision-making culture
  • Build and manage recruitment pipeline and strategy
  • Implement cutting-edge onboarding and performance management systems
  • Align team strategy with company strategy to meet performance objectives
  • Build and manage operational processes to support current and future business needs
  • Govern the management of company assets with effective cost-control measures


Requirements
  • A strategic mindset, a passion for operations, and a bias for action
  • Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Operations, Business & Administration
  • 5 years prior experience in process implementation and business operations is required
  • Experience within a startup environment is an advantage
  • Entrepreneurial and resourceful attitude to drive meaningful impact
  • Knowledge of people and project management software is required
  • Outstanding organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Expert written and verbal communication skills
