The Role

As a Pension Consultant, you will play a vital role in delivering service excellence to our plan members, beneficiaries, and stakeholders. You are an effective communicator with a strong foundation in pension administration, motivated to provide timely and accurate support in a friendly and approachable manner. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a team environment and is committed to continuous improvement and member engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Update, maintain, and analyze member records to ensure accuracy for benefit determination and payment Collaborate with Pension Administrators to locate missing or terminated plan members Resolve inquiries and requests from plan members, beneficiaries, and stakeholders Peer review work and contribute to the development of benefit administration policies and communication strategies Maintain benefit information systems and ensure compliance with applicable legislation Conduct one-on-one meetings and provide counsel regarding plan entitlements Prepare and distribute clear, accurate, and timely communications on benefit calculations Participate in pension information and education sessions Process benefit calculations and ensure compliance with plan provisions and legislation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $69,540.00-$88,869.00 per year
