Job Description
Busy pediatrician is needing an Experienced office assistant to start ASAP - Hopefully experienced working with a pediatrician. Must be quick on your feet as you are constantly up and down the hall. Multi-tasking and punctuality is a must as well as being great with kids and patient. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 9 to 5 pm and approximately 3 Saturdays a month from 9am to approximately 530pm.

fill the doctors schedule weighing, taking height and temperature provide proper vaccinations for the doctor as needed follow up with patients to book their yearly check-ups and vaccinations Answer all incoming calls and returning of all messages ordering vaccines and other supplies as needed clean examination rooms after each child do weekly deep cleaning of examining rooms and re-stock supplies
Requirements
Punctual , efficient, multi- tasking - compassionate - friendly
clear telephone voice / must be efficient with oral and written English and able to follow verbal instructions from the doctor, must know how to type must feel comfortable cleaning up vomit at timesIf this sounds like you can do this, please forward me your resume.
