A Vancouver-based Real Estate development company specialized in residential and commercial space. Due to business expansion, We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our team in West Coast Canada, who shall be self-motivated, independent, hardworking, strong work ethic, and academic/professional background.

We are looking for



To provide administrative assistance to the Vice President, performing a variety of clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments; Arrange personal activities for the Vice President and the family, including children tutors, children schedule, and other personal arrangements; Knowledge of Office365 products; Excellent written and verbal communication skill; Experience of 1 year as executive assistant preferred; Bilingual ( Chinese / English) preferred; Required, Valid B.C. Driver's License Class-5.
