Position Summary

League\'s platform enables the ability for our customers to offer highly engaging and personalized healthcare user experiences.

In this role you will work alongside our other product, platform teams and customer strategy teams to support the design & delivery of applications-while defining the long term strategy and roadmap of the most impactful applications powered by League, PC Health.

The PC Health app improves access to care for Canadians by making it easier for them to connect with health resources & providers and by supporting healthy behaviours. With over 1M downloads and a 4.7 star rating on the iOS app store, PC Health drives omnichannel engagement with the Shoppers Drug Mart and Loblaws pharmacy ecosystem, one of the largest pharmacy networks across Canada.

About you

  • 7+ Years of Product Management or technology delivery experience
  • (Desirable) Experience working at a platform company, or on the implementation of platforms
  • You have experience working in agile methodologies - leading agile release planning and demonstrating an iterative, incremental & value-driven delivery
  • Believe in tightening every feedback loop regarding the product (e.g. release often, release early, talk to customers, Minimal Marketable Product, etc.)
  • Strong Client Management skills - ensuring requirements are accurately captured, communication is clear, and expectations properly managed
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and business acumen preferred
  • Ability to quickly learn and gain proficiency in areas with limited experience
What you\'ll be doing
  • Manage the roadmap for the PC Health application, identifying opportunities to create new capabilities or optimizations of existing capabilities.
  • Proactively manage and prioritize the backlog of enhancements to the PC Health application
  • Define requirements and value proposition of custom features and complex capability deployments
  • Monitor performance of the PC Health application and identify opportunities to create more value and exceed our goals
  • Be an active participant in Application Team\'s agile ceremonies
  • Communicate and coordinate progress, and clearly articulate trade offs to Product leadership
  • Partner with Customer Success to be the primary Product Management point of contact with our customer (Expect 15% on-site working directly with our customer stakeholders)
