Look no farther than Northbridge. The Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing employee payments ensuring accuracy, efficiency and legislative compliance. The Payroll Specialist compile and submit payroll documents and ensure all earnings, hours, and deductions are correctly processed. In addition, the Payroll Specialist audit employee personal information and responds to employee inquiries related to salary and benefit deductions. Not only are they great at handling both simple and complex payroll tasks, they assist with benefit enrolment, Employee Share Purchase Plan enrolment and inquiries, pension administration, and monthly remittances . This is a diverse role, which would make every day different, challenging, and fulfilling. In other words, they're awesome!   • Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintaining a high degree of confidentially
  • Customer Service, and working with a tight-knit team as well as the greater employee base
You have:
  • Outstanding knowledge of payroll best practices and accounting fundamentals
  • Canadian Payroll Association/Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation , or in progress
  • Strong customer service background
  • Team-first mentality
