Payroll Specialist
As the Payroll Specialist, you'll be part of a collaborative Payroll and Benefits team. You are results-oriented and detail-focused, excelling in a fast-paced environment that demands the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy is always maintained.
Requirements
Ability to interpret and apply principles of collective agreements Strong knowledge of payroll practices as well as CRA legislation Advanced computer proficiency in payroll software and Excel Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Able to effectively work in a team environment and independently Able to support and deputise for management Participate and take a leading role in process improvement initiatives Strong written and oral communication skills Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) designation
Qualifications
3+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a unionized and/or federally regulated environment Strong computer proficiency in payroll software and Excel Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Effective leadership and interpersonal skills
Salary: $70,000 - $75,000
This position will be fully office-based, in our Vancouver airport location.
