Position Overview:

Both permanent full time and part time will be considered.

Flexible hours

(for example: choose to start your day between 6am and 10am, work late some days and shorter on others) Working on payrolls for multiple subsidiaries.

Multi-currency and multi-national

work for both our Canadian subsidiaries and US subsidiaries Corresponding with employees in other departments to obtain details of expenses Employee reimbursement processing, data entry, and being a trusted auditor for reimbursements

Reports to executive level

(CFO and COO)

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail Medium or stronger computer skills Does not get sloppy during repetitive tasks For security, a thorough police records check will be required
