Payroll Specialist

Job Description

- Process payroll in accordance with policies and standards.
- Validate correct processing of data entries
- Prepare the statements of employment, the statements of the end of year and all other statements
- Maintains employee personnel and payroll records in the system
- Assure the links between the various financial institutions
- Knowledge of the Quebec and Canadian Laws applying in management of the pay

  • Essential - Bilingual
  • Essential - Minimum 3 years of experience
Knowledge and abilities
  • Essential - Knowledge of a payroll software
