Job Description


Our client, located in the Downtown Toronto area is seeking a Payroll and Finance Administrator to join their team! This is a full-time, 11month contract position and offers a hybrid work arrangement. If you have experience processing payroll and enjoy working in accounting, assisting accounts payable this could be a good opportunity for you.Responsibilities

  • Processing full cycle payroll for 150 employees across Ontario on a biweekly basis
  • Collecting & reviewing timesheets
  • Payroll reconciliations, remittances, T4 processing
  • Full cycle accounts payable, including 3-way matching
Qualifications
  • Preferred 3+ years in full cycle payroll
  • 1+ years of accounts payable experience
  • PCP certification preferred
  • Experience in a standalone position or comfortable processing payroll independently
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently
