Robert Half Management Resources is the worldwide leader in specialized consulting and staffing services for senior-level accounting, finance and business systems professionals.Our Not-for-Profit client is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist for a six-month term. In this role, you will provide subject matter expertise and support to leadership on a variety of payroll-related duties.The Senior Payroll Specialist\'s duties will include:-Supporting payroll preparation and administration for a large, cross-Canadian employee contingent-Providing guidance, support, and training to payroll personnel-Ensuring adherence to organizational practices and federal & provincial payroll regulations and standards-Identifying and resolving payroll issues-Providing support to managers and employees on payroll-related topics-Ensuring data integrity across all payroll systems-Other duties as requiredThe ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:-At least five years of experience in a payroll function-Working knowledge of multi-province payroll legislation and practices-Experience with ADP WorkforceNow is mandatory-Experience with year-end payroll processes-Excellent communication skills, French/English bilingualism an asset-PCP designation a strong asset-Proficiency in Excel-Excellent customer service skillsRobert Half is the world\'s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
