Job Description
We are looking for a Payroll Analyst to join our team. This role involves managing a variety of payroll and accounting tasks in the financial services industry. The position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity where you will be expected to utilize your skills in data processing, compliance, and other related fields.Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle full cycle payroll tasks
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now and Great Plains (GPAC) for various payroll functions
- Administer 401k - RRSP, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Execute data processing tasks accurately and promptly
- Manage accounting functions related to payroll
- Oversee benefit functions, ensuring they align with company standards and policies
- Use 'About Time' software for various payroll tasks
- Conduct bi-monthly payroll activities, ensuring timeliness and accuracy
- Maintain compliance in all payroll-related activities.
- Proficiency in Ceridian Dayfroce
- Strong data processing abilities
- Knowledge of 401k - RRSP Administration
- Proficiency in using About Time software
- Experience in accounting functions
- Understanding of benefit functions
- Strong knowledge of compliance regulations
- Experience in bi-Monthly Payroll
- Familiarity with Full Cycle Payroll
