Payroll Administrator

Job Description


Brandt is currently seeking a Payroll Administrator for our Regina location. This position will focus on payroll administration across Canada and the United States.
Duties & Responsibilities

  • Processing full cycle payroll
  • Ensuring Brandt policies are being followed
  • Communicating with managers and employees on a regular basis
  • Maintaining employee personnel files
  • Management of employee data in HRIS

Required Skills
  • Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Canadian and American labour standards
  • Bilingual in English & French is considered an asset



Required Experience
  • Previous experience processing payroll & administering employee benefits
  • Preference will be given to candidates who currently hold a PCP designation or candidates currently working to obtain a PCP designation
  • Experience processing American payroll is considered an asset
  • Knowledge with payroll and timekeeping systems
