Payroll Administrator position based out of our Head Office in

Langley, BC

.

This is a full-time, in-office position.



HOURS: 8:00am - 4:30pm

RESPONSIBILITIES



Process and manage payroll for all employees accurately and on time. Maintain payroll records, including employee data, tax information, and deductions. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to management and regulatory agencies. Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, benefits, and deductions. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and accounting entries. Handle payroll discrepancies and resolve issues promptly. Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations. Assist the accounting department as required.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS



Proven experience in payroll administration or similar role. Strong knowledge of payroll systems and relevant software (e.g., ADP, QuickBooks, or similar). Understanding of tax regulations and labor laws. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to deliver outstanding customer service to both internal teams and external clients. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Proficient with computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.). High School graduate.
