Key Responsibilities
Payroll
Weekly and Bi-Weekly Payroll
Benefits Administration
Accounts Payable:
Process vendor invoices accurately and on time
Reconcile monthly statements and resolve discrepancies
Maintain organized AP records
Accounts Receivable:
Process customer payments and post to correct accounts
Monitor outstanding balances and assist with collections as needed
Prepare daily deposit reports
Deal Processing:
Review and verify accuracy of deal jackets
Ensure all required documents are complete and compliant
Submit funding packages and follow up with lenders
Assist sales and finance departments with deal corrections or missing documentation
Qualifications
Previous dealership experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with Reynold and Reynolds dealership management system a plus
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
Strong computer skills
