Payroll Administrator

Job Description
We are a well-established restaurant franchisee group with 9 restaurant locations in Ontario and Alberta. Our head office is located in the Eau Claire area of downtown Calgary. We are looking for a part time Payroll Administrator to administer full cycle, bi-weekly payrolls for our Moxies and Ruth\'s Chris Steak house locations. Specific Skills
- Entry and balancing of bi-weekly payrolls
- Input new hires
- Process terminations and ROE\'s
- Process and submit T4\'s
- Reconcile payroll accounts
- JE\'s relating to payroll
- Repsond to payroll & HR inquires from Employees
- Proficient with Word and Excell
- Expected to work with all levels of the organization in a cohesive manner
- Able to take on multiple moving parts, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Likes to work with a high level of detail and accuracy.
- Can work cohesively in a small group, office environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Is someone who can be depended on to support their coworkers.
- Reliable to get the job done and on time.
- A naturally organized person
- Is someone who cannot leave a job unfinished or not done correctly.
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week Salary: From $25.00 per hour Benefits:
- On-site parking
- Monday to Friday
Small office setting with 4 employees. Individual offices. Experience:
