Job Description

Robert Half is partnered with a leading Non Profit Organization that is hiring a Payroll and Accounts Receivable Administrator to their team. This is a full time permanent opportunity located in Toronto. As the Payroll and Accounts Receivable Administrator you will be responsible for;

- Bi-weekly processing of hourly and salary payroll for over 150 employees
- Process union and non union payroll
- Process payroll source deductions
- Annual T4 preparation and ROE preparation
- Reconciliation of payroll, pension and benefits and post payroll entries
- Generate invoices and prepare bank deposits
- Process credit card payments
- Post invoices in ERP system
- Reconciliation of accounts receivable
- Prepare AR reports for the Accountant
- Perform collections on past due accounts and handle customer queries related to billing

Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 year\'s experience in a similar role
- Payroll Compliance Practitioner Certificate or in process of completion
- Accounting receivable experience
- Intermediate Excel with knowledge of vlookups and pivot tables
- Experience with ERP or payroll software required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic role
