Boulevard King's Pawn currently has an opening for a Full- time Pawn Broker. We are looking for a responsible and highly motivated Pawn Brokerwho is ready to take on pawnresponsibilities for a small business. Theideal candidate will deliver a professional presentation to customers anduphold the ideals and standards of thecompany. The successful Pawn Brokerwill constantly strive to exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities and Duties

The Pawn Brokerresponsibilitiesinclude working closely with customers to determine their needs.Knowledge of consumer electronics, vintage collectables and jewelry an asset.Applicant must be bondable and trustworthy. Applicants should be able to evaluate, inspect and establishvalue using all resources to determinevalue of item brought in for pawn. To be successful as a Pawn Broker, you should stay up-to-date withconsumer products.
Pawn BrokerResponsibilities

Collaborate with team membersto ensure compliance to all store operational standards

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent pawnservice

Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries

Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service

Build productive trust relationships with customers

Qualifications and Skills

Proficiency in English

Basic math skills

Solid communication and interpersonal skills

A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus

Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner

Availability to work flexible shifts

High school diploma

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
