Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Pawn Broker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and purchasing items from customers, providing excellent customer service, and managing transactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a keen understanding of technology sales, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

Duties

Assess the value of items brought in by customers for pawn or sale, utilizing expertise in various products. Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about the features and benefits of items available for purchase. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Manage cash handling processes accurately, including processing transactions through the Point of Sale (POS) system. Engage in upselling techniques to encourage additional purchases and enhance customer experience. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to company policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with customers in English, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy over the phone and in person.

Qualifications

Proven experience in technology sales or related fields is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is essential. Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to engage customers positively. Ability to upsell products while maintaining a focus on customer needs. A proactive approach to learning about new products and market trends. Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
